By creating an account, browsing as a guest, or using any part of IMM, You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree — please do not use the service. It is that simple.
Think of it this way: these Terms are the agreement between You and IMM that makes the whole community work fairly for everyone — musicians, bands, organizations, and guests alike.
Definitions
- Service: the IMM mobile application and web platform, including all feeds, profiles, messaging, booking tools, and related features.

- Content: anything You upload, post, or send through IMM — text, images, audio, video links, comments, messages.
- Organization: an entity profile on IMM (rehearsal room, venue, school, studio) that can publish rooms and manage bookings.

Account Registration and Security
When You create an account, You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information (a real display name appropriate to the music community, a working email).
- Keep Your credentials secure — do not share Your password.
- Meet the minimum age in Your region (see Privacy Policy — generally 16+).
- Be responsible for all activity under Your account.
If You suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately through Support. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials You failed to protect.
Acceptable Use
IMM is a music community. Use it like one. You must follow the Community Guidelines. Here are examples of what is not acceptable:
- Posting illegal content, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
- Spamming messages, flooding feeds with ads, or scraping data.
- Impersonating another musician, band, or organization.
- Attempting to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Misusing rehearsal bookings (fake requests, no-shows intended to harm a host).
- Using IMM to harvest personal data of other users.
We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership and rights to the content You upload. By posting on IMM, You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service (including backups, CDN delivery, and search indexing).
You represent that:
- You have all rights needed to post the content.
- It does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- It complies with the Community Guidelines.
If You delete content, we will remove it from public display. Residual copies in backups expire on a rolling schedule.
Rehearsal Booking Terms (Reptochka)
Organizations publish rehearsal rooms with schedules and pricing. Clients request bookings; hosts confirm or decline. Here is what You agree to:
- As a client: submit genuine booking requests. Show up or cancel in advance according to the organization's rules. Pay any agreed fees directly to the organization (IMM may not process payments in this version).
- As a host/organization: keep room info and schedules accurate. Respond to requests in a reasonable time. Do not discriminate unlawfully.
IMM facilitates the connection but is not a party to the financial arrangement between You and the organization, unless a specific paid feature explicitly states otherwise.
Intellectual Property
The IMM name, logo, UI design, and platform code are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Your content remains Yours — subject to the licence above.
Disclaimers and Limitations
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-secure operation.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of other users' profiles, posts, or claims.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from Your use of the Service.
Mandatory consumer protections in Your country still apply regardless of this section.
Termination
You may delete Your account at any time from the app (Settings). We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
- Legal risk or court order.
- Prolonged inactivity where local law and our policies permit.
Provisions that should survive termination (content licence for residual backup copies until deleted, liability limits, governing law) survive.
Governing Law
Disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the Imprint (company seat), subject to mandatory consumer protections of Your country of residence. Specific dispute resolution mechanisms will be confirmed for production.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the version string in Settings and may require re-consent before continued use of account features. We will give reasonable notice.
